So today was the first day of Powerr Class with CTS. It starts with the field test. Two 8 minute efforts with 10 minutes of rest in between. This is as steady and as hard as you can go for 8 minutes... I suffered and sucked,obviously I am still feeling the sickness and now... coughing uncontrolably I am worried I will relapse.
Friday off... nuture the hope of pizza's healing properties and see how it goes.
